Loans We Offer

We make equity-based loans to a variety of borrowers including individuals, corporations, LLC’s, foreign nationals, etc., that don’t meet traditional underwriting requirements. Our streamlined process allows us to approve and fund loans in a matter of days.

We offer equity-based hard money loans to borrowers who can’t qualify for a bank loan or who simply need capital quickly. All loans are secured by residential  and commercial (multi-family, office, retail, light industrial) properties.
