I wanted to write you this letter to thank you for all your help in my time of need. I was facing foreclosure and was not prepared to move. I lived in this house all my life and did not have any options. I tried to work out a solution with my mortgage co but the forbearance plan they offered me was ridiculous. They were willing to keep my payments the same for 3 months, but wanted a huge balloon payment at the end of the plan. I tried to tell them that I would not have all the funds by then but they were unwilling to bend. That’s when I found your firm and you were able to stop the foreclosure and get me out of that plan, and get me a loan modification. My entire past due balance was put on the back end of the loan.
